How to make Zucchini fritters
Who dosen't like Fritters /pakode? Yeah it's such a tempting food that it gets finished quickly on any occasions/gatherings/celebrations. Fritters / pakode is must and best accompaniment with tea in rains. Tea and pakoda is the best combo to enjoy when it rains.
Presenting zucchini fritters to enjoy along with hot cup of tea /chai for this coming rainy season. zucchini has many health benefits as they have vitamins like thiamin and minerals like iron and antioxidants.
Pakode/fritters  can be made using any choice of vegetables and here i have used very own zucchini. Mix it  , deep it and fry it. Isn't it more simple than making anything else. Kids will love 
this soft outside and crunchy inside pakode.
 Enjoy making these healthy tea time snacks , zucchini fritters with first rain. 



 Cooking time : 30 min
Ingredients:
  • Besan (chickpeas flour ) 2 cups
  • Zucchini chopped (in discs shape) 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped small bunch
  • Chili powder 1/4 tea spoon
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon
  • Carom seeds (Ajwain) powder 1/2 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder 1 pinch
  • Garlic 6-7 cloves crushed
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Water
Directions to cook:
1. Mix all dry ingredients except oil and water in besan /chickpeas flour.
2. Heat 2 tea spoon oil in pan and pour it in above flour mixture.
3. Add water slowly in besan to make batter of consistency as that of pakoda/ fritters.
4. Deep one slice of chopped zucchini in batter and make sure it gets covered with batter on both sides.
5. Heat oil in kadhai / pan for fryig zucchini fritters.
7. Deep fry zucchini fritters in oil on low flame.
8. Drain oil and transfer zucchini fritters to dry container.
9. Serve zucchini fritters with ketchup or any choice of chutney and tea.
