    How to make fried rice

 Who dosen't like chinese fried rice at the nearest chinese food restaurant. This is the easiest of           recipe to re create at home and enjoy chinese food platter.Any choice vegetables can be added for making rice more nutritious.I prefer adding broccoli,carrots more while making it for kids.Adding one egg while making it enhances taste and texture of fried rice .Vegetarian people can avoid this step.



Cooking Time :25 min
Ingredients:
·      Cooked rice 2 cups
·      Spring Onions  and greens chopped1 cup
·      Carrots ,beans finely chopped 1 cup
·      Ginger small piece
·      Garlic cloves 4
·      Oil 2 tb Spoon
·      Salt as per taste
·      Black pepper powder ½ tea spoon
·      Soya sauce 2 tb spoon
·      Egg 1

Directions to Cook :

1. Heat kadhai and oil in it.
2. Add chopped onions and saute for a minute .
3. Add chopped veggies in kadhai and saute for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add crushed ginger and garlic paste  and mix well.
5. Add soya sauce in vegetables and mix well.
6. Add cooked rice and salt in kadhai and mix well.
7. Beat egg and pour it in kadhai and mix well.
8. Cook vegetable fried rice for 7-8 minutes and serve with curd or any choice of raita.
