is trending in today's era for children? And the answer is schools,
classes,Study, Exams ,study materials . And if there is free time it
goes to entertainment like Tv, Video games ,Tabs, Smart phones .Most
of the time children get tired with their study routine and prefer
electronics gadget for playing at home.And then there is no time for
outdoor playing.
But
the fact is outdoor playing is very important for young children for
their better physical and mental development. Exercise while playing
helps for better health as well and Children learn many things by
playing out ,playing with team.
Every time
formal outdoor sport play is not necessary, running, catching,
jumping, games like hide and seek ,Ice water etc. are part of outdoor
play.

- In outside world kids can learn weathers, seasons, Vocabulary, Science, Constructing, Gardening, trekking,farming, the various times of the day ,Materials,Animals.
- Play protects children’s emotional development whereas hurried lifestyle can contribute to mental problems. Nowadays many mental problems like anxiety , fear, insecurity , envy, depression and Myopia are common and playing outdoor can Definitely help to avoid them.So for happy and healthy childhood playtime is extremely important.
