Semolina pancakes

 How to make semolina savory pancakes
Pancake is one of the favorite dish of kids.Instead of making pancakes by using ready made pancake mix from market I have used semolina and vegetables for making savory pancakes. Used grated vegetables to make this pancakes more nutrition rich for kids . Instead of using cabbage any other vegetables like carrots , cauliflower ,cucumber can be used for making semolina pancakes. Its very quick recipe and can be packed in kids school lunch box.

Cooking time :20 min
Ingredients :
Semolina 2 cup
Carrots grated 2
Cabbage grated 1/2 cup
Onion finely chopped 1
Green chili 1 finely chopped
Garlic cloves grated 4
Oil 2 tb spoon
Curd 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Cumin seeds powder 1/4 tea Spoon
Coriander leaves finely chopped

Directions to Cook:
  1. Mix curd , water and semolina in a bowl and keep it aside for at least 1 hour.
  2. Add grated veggies,garlic,cumin powder, salt and chili as per taste in this semolina batter.
  3. Add coriander leaves and water to get required consistency.
  4. Heat non stick pan and apply oil on it .
  5. Pour half cup of semolina batter on pan and spread it in circular direction.
  6. Make small pancakes of puris size.
  7. Roast pan cake on both sides.
  8. Yummy and healthy pancakes are ready to serve.Can be served with any chutaney of choice or curd.
