Rice Smoothie
How to make rice smoothie as a baby food
Rice is very easy to digest and most widely used food across world. While starting solids to baby /infant mainly rice is started. This rice smoothie is given to infants and it's very nutritious food to start with.
I
 gave  this rice  smoothie to both my kids and  they liked it. It
tastes very yummy and  good option when  kids are hard on food .
Cashew, almond powder can be added in 1/2 spoon      quantity in this
smoothie to increase its nutritious value .Sugar/ jagery   is
optional  in this  smoothie . 
Ingredients:
- Rice half cup,
- Sugar 1/2 tea spoon/ pinch of salt( if want to avoid sweetness),
- Pinch of Cardamom Powder to sprinkle,
- Milk +water 2 cup,
- Ghee 1 teaSpoon
Directions
to cook:
- Soak rice in cup of water for 2-3 hours .
- Grind soaked rice with little quantity of water in grinder to get fine paste.
- Heat thick bottom pan add ghee in it.
- Add rice paste in it while Stirring .
- Add sugar , milk+ water slowly to get required consistency.
- Cook rice smoothie for 8-9 min .
- When its ready add pinch of cardamom powder .
- Rice smoothie is ready to serve.
