Dry fruit barfi
Eating
different types of dry fruits is good for health as every
dry fruit has its own benefits. This dry fruits desert is
different from traditional sweets with lots of sugar. This sweet it
made up of dry fruits only and its without sugar. Dry fruits barfi is
very nutritious desert/sweet and good option for candies
,chocolates,biscuits like snacks for kids.
It
takes very less time to make this barfi and it had good shelf life
of 1 to 2 weeks.Sweetness can be adjusted by increasing or
decreasing quantity of dates and figs in it. Adjust quantity of
ghee also as per requirement .For less calories I have added less
ghee in following recipe.
