How to make wheat flour sheera /halawa
Sheera is very popular type of desert because of it simple recipe. Sheera or halawa  can be made as dessert or snacks for kids. I have grown in a family where  sheera is served as breakfast delicacy with goodness of ghee and milk. We used to eat sheera as breakfast and not as dessert. sheera is served as healthy food and its been said that the goodness of ghee makes it very light to digest ,it gives instant energy because of milk and sugar and wheat flour gives feeling of satisfaction after eating.
