How to make soya chili nuggets
Soya chili nuggets is guilt free indo chinese starter snacks (Version of chili paneer).Protein packed soya nuggets are used in this recipe.Being vegetarian I always search for protein food and this is perfect snacks as it has loads of protein. I used capsicum,tomato and onions for making it but you can add any choice of vegetables like chopped carrots, cabbage in soya chili to make it more nutrition packed.
This soya chili nuggets gets ready in few minutes and Ideal  as quick evening snacks for children. Its different in taste and my kids love eating this nuggets while playing.

Cooking time: 30 min
  • Soya bean chunks 2 cup
  • Onions chopped 1
  • Capsicum (bell pepper) chopped 1
  • Tomato chopped 1/2 cup
  • Green chili chopped 2
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tea spoon
  • Soya sauce 3 tb Spoon
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • chili sauce 1 tb spoon
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil 2 tb spoon
  • Water
Directions To Cook:
  1. Soak soya bean nuggets in enough water for 20 minutes.Drain water and keep it aside.
  2. Heat kadhai and add oil in it.
  3. Once oil is hot add chopped onions in it and saute for a minute.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste ,chopped chilies in it and saute.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes,capsicum in it and mix well.cook for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Add soya sauce ,chili sauce in vegetables and saute for 2 minutes.
  7. Add soaked soya chunks , salt  and pepper powder in it and mix well.
  8. Cook it for 7-8 minutes and switch off the gas.
  9. Soya chili nuggets are ready ,garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
