to make bread upama
When
there are many leftover breads / paw at home and nobody wants to eat
breads then bread upama is very good option.Make bread crumbs of this
breads and use them to make tasty bread upama.Add any choice of
vegetables to make it more nutritious.This bread upama gets finished easily as it's freshly cooked.

Ingredients:
- Breads 6-7 slices
- Green chili 4 finely chopped
- Onions 2 finely chopped
- Peanuts 1 table Spoon
- Coriander leaves small bunch
- Curry leaves 7-8
- Lemon juice 1 tea spoon
- Oil 1/2 tea spoon(optional)
- Suger 1/2 tea spoon
- Salt as per taste
- Water
Directions
To Cook:
- Grind breads in grinder to get fine bread crumbs .Keep it aside.
- Roast peanuts and keep it aside.
- Heat kadhai /heavy bottom pan and pour oil in it.
- Add cumin and mustard seeds in oil.As seeds crackle add finely chopped green chili and saute it.
- Add finely chopped onions ,curry leaves in oil and saute for a minute.
- Add roasted peanuts in kadhai and mix all ingredients.
- Add bread crumbs and saute all ingredients for 2 minutes.
- Add salt ,sugar, lemon juice to kadhai and sprinkle some water on bread upama if required.
- Mix well and cover kadhai with lid and cook bread upama for 7-8 minutes.
- Garnish bread upama with chopped coriander leaves.
