Bhel
that too for  breakfast, sounds weird right ? Its obvious to feel
weird to eat bhel for early morning meal, as breakfast is the main
meal of the day and eating snacks for it won't be great option. 
But
yes its  bhel recipe and it's made using different and protein packed
ingredients. I have used       Whole moong and mataki sprouts for
making this vitamin rich yet tasty bhel. Any other choice  of sprouts
can be used for making sprouts bhel.  For better digestion cook
sprouts for few minutes covered with some water and salt. I  prefer
taking them as it is without cooking.
Any
choice of  veggies along with  tomato ,onion can be added  in sprouts
bhel.I add grated carrots , beet and fresh cocnut when available.
Sprouts
bhel can be made quickly and gets finished too fast.It dosen't have
usual chat, papadi, tangy  chutaneys  and  still its tasty.

Cooking
time :20 min
Ingredients:
- Moong sprouts 1 cup
 - Mataki sprouts 1 cup
 - Shev 1 cup
 - Onion finely chopped 1/2 cup
 - Cucumber chopped 1/2 cup
 - Coriander leaves finely chopped small bunch
 - Tomatoes finely chopped 1/2 cup
 - Lemon juice 1 tb spoon
 - Green chili crushed 2
 - Black salt 1 tea spoon
 - Cumin powder 1/2 tea Spoon
 - Chat masala 1 tea Spoon
 - Water
 
Directions
To Cook:
1.
 Mix moong sprouts and moong sprouts.
2.
 Cook this mixture on low flame for about 4-5  minutes  with salt and
water  covered by lid.
3.For
making sprouts bhel:
Take
big bowl  and  mix  cooked  sprouts ,chopped  onions,tomatoes,
cucumber in it.
4.
Add lemon juice,crushed chilies ,cumin powder ,chat masala in mixture
and mix well.
5.
Sprinkle black salt, shev on sprouts bhel. 
6. Garnish with 
chopped coriander and serve  healthy sprouts  bhel.
