How to make aloo paneer tikki /Potato paneer pattie
Allo tikki is very famous street snacks and used for making many types of chats.I always make these potato patties at home for my kids. By adding extra ingredient paneer/ cottage cheese in aloo tikki aloo maneer tikki is made. So for more proteins its good option to add grated paneer or tofu while making aloo tikki.
Aloo paneer tikki  is made using boiled potato and cottage cheese, but you can add grated carrot or tofu as well.It can be deep fried but i prefer shallow frying tikkis on low flame.Aloo paneer tikki is perfect snacks for party.

Cooking Time : 30 min
Ingredients:
·      Potato 4
·      Cottage cheese 1 cup
·      Green chili chopped 2
·      Coriander leaves chopped
·      Chat masala 1 tea  spoon
·      Oil for deep frying
·      Salt as per taste
·      Cumin seeds powder 1 tea spoon
·      Bread crumbs 1 cup

Directions to Cook :

1.       Wash and boil potatoes  in pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles.
2.      After cooling peel covers  of potatoes and mash them. Keep it aside.
3.       Grate paneer cubes using grater and keep it aside.
4.      Remove crust of bread slices and make small pieces of slices to add in mashed potatoes.
5.      In a big bowl mix  mashed potatoes ,Grated paneer chopped coriander and chilies.
6.    Sprinkle chat masala ,salt, cumin powder ,bread crumbs on mixture and mix all ingredients well.
7.       Take small pieces of  above mixture and make circular shaped balls from  it.
8.      Heat non stick pan and pour 1 tb spoon of oil in it.
9.      Roll this mixture ball in bread crumbs and shallow  fry with some oil on low flame.
10.   Shallow fry on other side as well till aloo paneer tikka turns brown.
11.   Serve  aloo paneer tikka with ketchup.
