How to make coconut ladoo

I always drooled on these white ,soft coconut ladoos ,but never tried making this super tasty and instant sweet. Believe it’s the easiest to make laddo which takes mainly only 2 ingredient and just few minutes.Coconut ladoo has many recipe variations and its made from freshly grated coconut or dry grated coconut.I m posting here very simple recipe using desiccated coconut and condensed milk.Its very easy to follow recipe and makes delicious ladoos instantly.
So when next time you wants to indulge in eating sweets try making this coconut ladoo  at home and enjoy eating it.
 



Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients :
·      Desiccated coconut  4 cups
·      Condensed milk 1 can(2 cups)
·      Cardamom powder 1/4 tea spoon (optional)
·      Cashew  cut into pieces 8-9 (optional)
Directions to cook:
1.    Heat pan / kadhai and add  full can of condensed milk in it.
2.    Let condensed milk get hot for 2 minutes and add desiccated coconut in it.
3.   Keep on continuously stirring milk and coconut for 5-6 minutes or until it starts thickening..
4.    Sprinkle cardamom powder on  roasted coconut mixture and mix well all ingredients.
5.    Let mixture cool down for few minutes to make ladoos.
6.    Form circular shaped ladoos by pressing warm coconut mixture on hand.
7.    Coconut ladoos are ready garnish it with cashew pieces and store in air tight container.
